Civil Mediation
This process can be used for a wide range of civil matters including: contract disputes, personal injury matters, employment disputes, property disputes, and business disputes. Domestic Mediation
This process allows the parties to make decisions and move on with their lives while preventing the future uncertainty, expense, and emotional harm that comes from litigation. Domestic mediation can involve the handling of matters such as divorce, child custody, parenting time, spousal support, and property/asset division. If children are involved, the use of mediation often precludes the public display of affairs and can minimize emotional harm.
